When you create a payment request, you choose which coin and network you want to receive. The person paying can use any coin from the full list — Cloakd handles the conversion automatically.

How cross-chain works
When the payer uses a different coin than the one you requested, Cloakd converts it via SideShift — a non-custodial exchange. The payer pays in their coin; you receive yours. Neither party needs to be on the same chain.
Example: you request 50 USDC on Ethereum. The payer sends SOL on Solana. SideShift converts the SOL to USDC and sends it to your Ethereum wallet.
Wallet privacy
Your wallet address is never exposed to the payer. Cloakd creates a one-time deposit address for each payment. The payer sends to that address, and the funds are forwarded to your wallet after conversion. The payer never sees your actual address.
