How does cross-chain payment work?
When someone pays your request with a different token (e.g., they pay with SOL, you want USDC), our system automatically converts their payment to your preferred token using the best available exchange rates.
Is my wallet address shared?
No! Your wallet address is never shared publicly. The payment link only shows the amount, token, and optional message. Your privacy is protected throughout the entire process.
What tokens and chains are supported?
We support 200+ tokens across 45+ blockchains including Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and many more. Check our token selector for the full list.
Are there any fees?
Cloakd is 100% Free for creating payment requests! The payer only pay standard network fees (gas fees) and a 1% service fee when making transactions on the blockchain.
How long are payment links valid?
Payment links remain active for 7 days because of the volatility of cryptocurrency prices. However, exchange rates for cross-chain payments are updated every few minutes.

Troubleshooting
Payment not received?
Check your wallet and ensure you're on the correct network. Cross-chain payments may take 1-5 minutes to process.
Link not working?
Ensure the link is copied correctly and try refreshing the page. Contact support if the issue persists.
Transaction failed?
This usually happens due to insufficient gas fees or network congestion. Try again with higher gas fees.
